ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Calling active and budding clients, Inbound and Outbound process.
? Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
? Regular following up with the customer.
? Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers
? Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
? Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
? Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
? Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements.
? Candidate should be Target oriented, and shall be responsible for achieving weekly/monthly
sales target.
? Proficient in MS Office. A lot of work would be data driven and would require maintaining
reports.
? Ready to stretch limits to achieve goals.DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE? 10+2 or Equivalent in any stream.
? 0-2 years of experience required in Tele-Sales, Telemarketer or a similar role in the sales
Department.
? Great interpersonal skills.
Should be well versed in English and Hindi both.
? Strong organizational skills.
? Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
? Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
? Outstanding problem-solving skills.
