Position Overview:

As a Customer Support Representative fluent in Punjabi, you will be the frontline liaison between our company and our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional assistance to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a courteous and professional manner.
Assist customers in tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, and providing relevant information about our services.
Handle complaints and concerns with empathy, aiming for a swift resolution to maintain customer loyalty.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.
Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Continuously seek. opportunities to improve customer service processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:
Fluent in spoken and written Punjabi.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and patient demeanor.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends; availability to work until 10 PM and six days a week.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and customer service software.
Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
