Responsibilities:

Resolving customer complaints & queries brought to your attention under a specific timeline through mails, calls and chat.

Qualification and requirements

Undergraduate/Graduate in any discipline

Proven customer Care and team handling experience,

Salary: ₹12,764.00 – ₹17,8+7.00 per month
