Job Summary:

We are hiring Customer Care Executives for leading BPO companies in Delhi for Voice Process (Inbound & Outbound). If you have good communication skills and are looking to build a career in customer service, this is your chance. 12th pass candidates can apply – no prior experience required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer calls professionally and resolve queries
• Provide product/service information clearly and accurately
• Maintain call logs and update CRM systems
• Follow scripts and company procedures during customer interaction
• Meet daily/weekly call quality and performance targets

Eligibility & Skills Required:
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass
• Good verbal communication in Hindi and/or English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willing to work in shifts (Day/Night shifts based on process)
• Positive attitude and customer-friendly behavior

Job Details:
• Process Type: Voice (Inbound / Outbound / Domestic / International)
• Work Environment: Office-based, supportive team environment
• Languages Required: Hindi (Mandatory); English (Optional for domestic process)
• Shift Timings: Rotational shifts / Day shift available for female candidates

Salary & Benefits:
• ₹10,000 – ₹18,000/month (based on experience and process)
