Customer Care Executive

o commit effective service levels to investors within regulatory framework and timelines so as to accomplish company’s goals and objective in the long run.

Respond to customer/client queries as well as front end with client.

Forwarding highly complex queries to teams handling escalated complaints.

Interacts with other departments of the company like operations as well as with external bodies like registrars as well as transfer agents to solve customer queries.

He/ she should have the right attitude, Good Coordination, ready to take responsibilities, initiative.

Candidates have good communication skills (English, Hindi & Gujarati language).

Qualification:

Candidates should be any graduate. A post graduate degree will be an added advantage.

Experience: Minimum 1 - 2 years (Fresher can also apply)
