Audiology South is a professional, and progressive business. We provide a full range of audiological services with a focus on hearing assessments and hearing aid fittings.
We have a vacancy for a Client Care Coordinator based in our clinics in the Otago area. The role will be Full Time - Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm
The successful candidate must have a natural ability to listen to clients and learn about their needs, provide a high level of service and be well organized. The ability to speak clearly and personably with clientele and display patience and composure in all communications is essential. You must have a professional phone manner, the ability to multi-task under pressure and a flexible approach.
The ideal person for us would have the following attributes:
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Good computer literacy, with MS Office and database management knowledge.
Accurate and fast data entry skills
Clearly spoken
A strong team player, happy to support and contribute as business dictates
Caring and empathetic nature
Expert multi-tasking skills
Ability to maintain a consistently high level of professionalism
Excellent training and support would be provided by our Customer Care Manager and Business Development Manager.
