## Customer Care / Call Center Telecaller (BPO) - Fresher/Graduate
### Role Overview
Demographic HR Services is looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers or graduates to join as Customer Care Telecallers in a BPO environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound customer calls, resolving queries, and delivering excellent customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to kick-start their career in the customer service and BPO industry.
### Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Address customer queries, complaints, and requests effectively and within defined timelines
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system accordingly
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and quality benchmarks
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or senior team member
- Adhere to company scripts, policies, and communication guidelines
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
### Requirements / Qualifications
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in any discipline
- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior BPO or customer service experience is an advantage
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or Hindi
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required
- Good listening skills and problem-solving ability
