1. Resolve customer complaints via call/chat/email
2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries
3. Work on making sure that customer's issues are attended to and all of their concerns are resolved immediately
4. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.
5. English communication skills is must - Written /Verbal both
5. No Telesales/ No Sales targets
