1. Client Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients for shipment clearance.
Address client queries and provide timely updates on the shipment process.
2. Documentation Management:
Ensure all necessary documents are collected from customers for shipment clearance.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of submitted documents.
3. Follow-up Communication:
Proactively follow up with customers through voice calls and emails.
Provide clear and concise information regarding the status of shipments.
4. Reporting Updates:
Update the Team Leader on the progress of customer communications and shipment status.
