Role Overview
As a Customer Assistant, your role is to help create thoughtful and joyful experiences in-store. The kind that stay with people long after they’ve walked out the door. You’ll bring energy, warmth, and integrity to everything you do; whether it’s delivering exceptional service, supporting your teammates, or helping your store shine.
This is a hands-on, people-first role where no two days are the same - and we love that.
What You’ll Do
Create meaningful customer moments with personalised service and genuine care
Support store performance by working together and following through on what matters
Merchandise with intention - keeping the space inspiring, beautiful, and brand-aligned
Be a go-to expert on our range, using your product knowledge to help customers find the right scent, gift, or moment
Keep things moving, support your teammates, and help create a workplace that’s as fun as it is focused
