About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Create content structure and content brief adhering to the learning objective for each piece of content for the teachers' training program
2. Manage the team of content writers and ensure the highest level of quality delivery as well as structure
3. Check the quality of all the content pieces delivered by the team and ensure their delivery readiness on time
4. Solve problems in adherence to the guidelines and compliance with strict quality measures
5. Meet daily given targets of evaluation of the content according to the predefined parameters
6. Provide feedback, advice, and individual training sessions to newcomers to the team
Qualification:
1. B.Ed/ M.Ed graduates only
2. Should have a brilliant level of understanding of teachers' training programs covering all the learning objectives including Creche, ECCE, lower primary, upper primary, and secondary
