Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese and Continental dishes as per standard recipes
• Ensure taste, presentation, and portioning meet brand standards
• Assist Chef in menu planning and new dish development
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per food safety standards
• Properly handle, store, and label food items
• Ensure minimum wastage of raw materials
• Follow kitchen SOPs and safety guidelines
• Coordinate with team members for smooth kitchen operations
• Maintain stock levels and inform seniors about shortages
• It is a Full Time Cook / Chef job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
