Job Summary:
Apart from the new menu development strategy.
They will also have a hawk's eye on the competition and how other brands are innovating and solving for their consumers.
Responsibilities:
• Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ideate and execute the development of new food brands.
• Trialing and developing of products.
• Analyze and optimize existing restaurants to their fullest potential.
• Record new recipes, correct existing recipes and set processes to implement.
• Forming SOPs and followingup on adherence of SOPs.
• Organizing SOP videos and documents for the outlet level and central kitchen level.
• Sampling and testing food on a daytoday basis.
• Regular quality assurance and checks.
Qualifications:
• Degree in Hotel management or Diploma in Culinary Arts
• Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and terminology
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills
• MS Office
Pay:
₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift

• Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
