Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and fluent English-speaking professionals to join our customer service team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound voice calls to assist customers, resolve their queries, and ensure a smooth and satisfactory support experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers over phone calls in clear and fluent English.
Understand customer concerns, answer queries, and provide accurate information or resolution.
Maintain professionalism and empathy while dealing with customer issues.
Ensure prompt and efficient handling of each call.
Accurately document call details and follow up when necessary.
Collaborate with internal teams if needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:

Excellent spoken English with no grammatical errors or mother tongue influence.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle customer queries patiently.
Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Must be comfortable working from the office in Jagatpura, Jaipur.
Should be open to working a +-hour day shift.
Preferred Qualities:

Prior experience in voice-based customer service is a plus.
Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
Compensation:
Salary will be commensurate with experience and communication skills.
