Job Title: CRM Executive / Patient Relationship Executive
Company: Vedayu Wellness Ayurvedic Hospital
Location: Jaipur (Rajasthan)

About Vedayu Wellness
Vedayu Wellness Ayurvedic Hospital is a leading Ayurvedic healthcare and Panchakarma center dedicated to holistic healing and natural wellness. We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented CRM Executive to manage patient relationships, ensure seamless patient experiences, and support patient retention initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Handle patient inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, website leads, and walk-ins.
Counsel prospective patients regarding Ayurvedic treatments, Panchakarma therapies, wellness programs, and consultation procedures.
Schedule and coordinate appointments with doctors and therapists.
Follow up with new, existing, and post-treatment patients.
Maintain accurate patient records and update CRM software regularly.
Convert inquiries into consultations through effective communication and follow-up.
Build strong relationships with patients to improve satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and operations teams for smooth patient management.
Address patient concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Generate daily and weekly reports on leads, conversions, follow-ups, and patient feedback.
Support marketing campaigns, wellness programs, and patient engagement activities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–5 years of experience in CRM, Patient Relations, Customer Service, Counselling, or Healthcare Operations.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and CRM software.
Customer-focused, empathetic, and professional personality.
Preferred Experience
Experience in Ayurvedic Hospitals, Wellness Centers, Panchakarma Centers, Hospitals, Clinics, IVF Centers, or Healthcare Organizations.
Experience in lead conversion, patient counselling, or tele calling.
Knowledge of Ayurvedic treatments and wellness services will be an added advantage.
