Additional Info : Handling Inbound/Outbound Calls, Appointment Scheduling, And Enquiry Management.Maintaining Crm Dashboards, Follow-Up Logs, And Lead Conversion Support.Coordinating With Clinics To Ensure Visit Flow And Customer Satisfice Whatsapp Business, Reminders, And After-Sales Service Calls. Ensuring Timely Response And Strong Communication. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
