Job Summary: CRM Database Administrator
CRM Database Administrator will be responsible for managing our company's customer relationship management (CRM) database. They will work closely with the Sales CRM Manager and the sales team to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within the CRM system. The Junior CRM Database Administrator will also be responsible for developing and implementing processes to maintain the CRM database and ensuring data security and privacy.
Key Responsibilities:
● Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within the CRM database
● Develop and implement processes to maintain the CRM database, including data cleansing and deduplication
● Manage the integration of external data sources into the CRM database
● Work closely with the sales team to identify and resolve data-related issues
● Ensure data security and privacy, in compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
● Provide training and support to sales staff on CRM database usage and best practices
● Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor data quality and identify opportunities for improvement
● Stay up-to-date on CRM database best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve our CRM database and processes.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
● 1-2 years of experience working with a CRM database, preferably in a sales or marketing context
● Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
● Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
● Familiarity with Hubspot or other CRM systems is preferred
● Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel or Google Sheets, is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
