Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and safety. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers, preparing food items, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant.

Responsibilities

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards
Operate the POS system efficiently, including Micros POS for transactions
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and taking orders
Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines
Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours
Skills

Experience in food preparation and handling is preferred
Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
Ability to perform cashiering duties accurately, including cash handling
Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards
Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory calculations
Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 40 per week
