Duties and Responsibilities:Actively utilize the Firm’s case management and reporting software to manage assigned matters
Represent clients in court, including making appearances and handling associated travel as needed
Apply knowledge of consumer credit collections, relevant state laws, and FDCPA regulations to client cases
Communicate proactively with clients to provide updates and address their concerns
Collaborate effectively with colleagues to develop and implement case strategies
Maintain meticulous records and documentation related to each case
