Job Description
Job Role :
Monitoring credit covenants in relation to working capital facilities sanctioned like ensuring timely submission & adequacy of insurance policies of securities provided, financials submission, DP calculations, cash flow routing etc. at decided frequency and taking necessary action in the events of default.
Transaction level monitoring for TODs, adhocs, high value transactions etc. in form of report circulation, follow up with RMs & closure report on monthly basis to ensure time action by customers and RMs.
Preparations of audit schedule for Cash Credit, SPG & Channel Finance facilities, updation of audit status at regular intervals, follow up with the auditors on regular basis to ensure timely completion
Portfolio quality related reports preparation like stock audit report reviews, highlighting the same to functional head of credit, sales and business and taking corrective actions as per approved processes
Any other specific tasks related to credit monitoring of portfolio
Job requirements :
1-2 years’ experience in Credit monitoring.
Ability to multi task, develop rapport with different functionaries like Relationship Managers, Operations, and Credit team.
Ensuring proper TAT & delivery of all the reports.
Ensure timely query resolutions.
Ability to identify opportunities of improvement in process and suggest changes to solve issues
