Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Credentialing Specialist located in New Delhi. The Credentialing Specialist will be responsible for managing the credentialing process for medical staff, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with Medicare and other regulatory standards, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include processing applications, verifying credentials, and communicating with medical staff and healthcare providers to resolve any issues.

Qualifications
• Expertise in Credentialing and Medical Staff Credentialing processes
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Medicare regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, business, or related field
