Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Creative Video Editor at DesignShooters, located in Chandigarh.
The Creative Video

Editor will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content, ensuring a cohesive and engaging visual narrative. Daily tasks include assembling raw footage, applying editing techniques, adding effects and audio, and ensuring the final product aligns with project requirements and brand guidelines. Collaborating closely with the design and marketing teams, the Video Editor will bring concepts to life through creative storytelling and technical expertise.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
• Ability to work with motion graphics and create visual effects using programs like Adobe After Effects
• Experience with storytelling, color grading, and editing techniques for cohesive narratives
• Strong understanding of file formats, codecs, and video compression methods• Basic knowledge of sound design, audio mixing, and integration
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset to produce eye-catching visuals
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Familiarity with social media video formats and trends is a plus
