Role Description The Creative Video Editor and Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for editing video content from raw footage to final delivery, including assembling sequences, refining pacing, and ensuring visual coherence across brand projects. The position involves designing motion graphics, integrating visual elements, and collaborating closely with creative directors and copywriters to bring brand stories to life. Day-to-day tasks include color grading, sound syncing, asset organization, and preparing content for multiple formats and platforms. The role also includes contributing ideas in brainstorming sessions, maintaining brand consistency across visuals, and supporting the team with design-related needs for campaigns and presentations.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience handling end-to-end video projects.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to achieve consistent, cinematic, and brand-aligned visual aesthetics.
• Ability to create Motion Graphics and Graphics that enhance storytelling and support brand identity.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator or comparable software).
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing creative video work, design sensibility, and narrative-driven projects.
• Attention to detail, strong visual composition skills, and the ability to work within deadlines in a collaborative studio environment.
• Effective communication skills and openness to feedback, with a willingness to iterate based on team and client input.
• Relevant education or training in film, design, multimedia, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if experience is substantial.
