The Role: What You’ll Do
You will be the custodian of our visual identity. You will be responsible for ensuring that every touchpoint—from our website’s UI to our promotional videos—feels premium, intuitive, and seamless.
• UI/UX Design: Design clean, high-conversion interfaces for our web platform and app. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that simplify complex event booking processes.
• Graphic Design: Craft high-quality marketing collateral, brand assets, and social media visuals that align with our "Luxury Minimalist" aesthetic.
• Video Production: Edit cinematic event highlights, promotional reels, and brand videos. You will turn raw footage into engaging stories that drive engagement.
• Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the core team to ensure all visual output is consistent with our brand voice.
What We’re Looking For (The "Unicorn" Skillset)
• Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and UI/UX design tools (Figma or Adobe XD).
• Aesthetic Sense: A strong eye for "Minimalist Luxury." You understand that less is more.
• Storytelling: Ability to edit videos with rhythm and flow, focusing on engagement rather than just raw content.
• Problem-Solving: You don't just design "pretty" things; you design functional things that solve user problems (e.g., how to make the insurance checkout process look simple).
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a blend of UI/UX projects, graphic design, and video editing work.
