Location: MBP, Mahape, Navi Mumbai (Work from Office with flexibility when required)
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹55,000 per month
Experience: 3–5 years (Agency preferred)

Role Overview
We are looking for a Creative Strategist who lives and breathes the internet.
Someone who understands what works on social media instinctively, thinks in ideas and formats (not just posts), and can turn brand objectives into viral, scroll-stopping content.
This is not a calendar-making role. This is a make-the-brand-impossible-to-ignore role.
Key Responsibilities
Idea & Concept Development
Create high-impact, viral-first content ideas for brands
Develop concepts for Reels, ads, campaigns, and brand storytelling
Think beyond templates and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas
Trendspotting & Culture Mapping
Stay ahead of trends, memes, formats, and internet culture
Identify opportunities before they become mainstream
Adapt trends into brand-relevant content quickly
Brand Strategy
Understand brand positioning, audience, and tone
Build content directions and storytelling frameworks
Ensure ideas align with business and marketing goals
Production Collaboration
Work closely with the production team (cinematographers, photographers, shoot crew)
Translate ideas into shoot plans, references, and shot breakdowns
Guide creative direction during shoots when required
Ensure final output matches the original concept
Execution Collaboration
Work with designers, video editors, and account managers
Guide creative execution and maintain quality
Be involved from idea to final output
Client Interaction
Present ideas, strategies, and campaigns confidently
Explain the logic behind content decisions
Handle feedback and refine ideas
Presentation & Deck Creation
Create clear and visually strong presentations
Build strategy decks using Canva
Structure ideas in a way that clients can easily understand
Performance Thinking
Understand what works and why
Analyze content performance and improve ideas
Collaborate with performance marketing team for ad creatives
Tools & Platforms
Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube (strong understanding)
Meta Business Suite (basic)
Canva (mandatory)
Notion / Google Sheets / ClickUp
AI tools like ChatGPT
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in a digital marketing or creative agency
Strong portfolio of content ideas or campaigns
Deep understanding of short-form content (Reels, Shorts)
Experience working with production/shoot teams
Ability to create and present decks on Canva
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comfortable working from office in Navi Mumbai
Good to Have
Experience creating viral or high-engagement content
Understanding of performance marketing creatives
Ability to write witty, relatable content
Active follower of creators and internet culture
