Job Summary:
As a Creative Promo Editor at Desynova, you will conceptualize, create, and deliver engaging promos and trailers that align with our brand vision and project briefs. You will lead a post-production team of editors, designers, and audio engineers, ensuring that the highest standards of creativity and production quality are met. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining Desynova’s reputation for excellence in visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize your keen eye for visual storytelling to develop creative promos and campaigns that captivate and engage audiences.
• Conceptualize and execute innovative promotional campaigns within brand guidelines and project briefs.
• Lead a talented post-production team, including editors, designers, and audio engineers, to deliver high-quality creative output.
• Ensure that all promotional content maintains a consistently high standard of creativity and production, reflecting Desynova’s commitment to excellence.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Proficiency in video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a creative team through the post-production process.
• A deep understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual content.
• Experience in creating promos and trailers for TV shows and movies, with a portfolio that showcases your creativity and technical expertise.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
