About Us:
Launch Queen is a fast-growing launch agency based in Perth, Australia, with a global team. We help service providers create and launch online education and digital products, specialising in powerful launch strategies and marketing campaigns. We're a small, close-knit, all-female team with a great culture, who genuinely enjoy working together.
The Role:
You'll design launch strategies using the Launch Queen methodology and be the creative spark behind some of the most exciting digital product launches in Australia. You're across every trend before it trends, you think in hooks and scroll-stopping content, and you can turn a client's goals into a campaign people actually want to watch.
You know what good looks like, across content, ads, client experience and creative strategy. This is for someone who's ready to leave their mark, not just clock in.
Location: Perth, WA
Hybrid: WFH & in-person required for quarterly film shoots and regular work catchup’s.
Hours: Part-time, with the option to grow as the role expands
Salary: $80k – $100k (Part-time equivalent, benchmarked against experience)

What You'll Own:
You'll own high-level strategy calls as the trusted, client-facing advisor in the room, running Meta ad campaigns and content plans that actually convert, not just look good. You'll create scroll-stopping content, research marketing trends and turn them into strategic campaigns clients love, and build, refine and oversee launch plans, timelines and deliverables from start to finish.
Who you are:
If you're a creative thinker who can turn a client brief into a scroll-stopping campaign, you're confident in a client-facing role, comfortable owning the strategic conversation, and you're an ads mastermind who knows how to turn a campaign into conversions. You're organised enough to keep launches on track, big-picture enough to see where they're headed, and a natural collaborator who thrives in a fast-moving, ambitious team.
Must have 2+ years in marketing and a track record of building converting campaigns.
