Location: Edmonton, Alberta
Work Structure: Primarily remote, with regular travel to client locations throughout Edmonton and surrounding areas
Salary: $50,000–$65,000 per year, commensurate with experience and portfolio

We are an Edmonton-based web design, copywriting, and digital marketing studio working with clients across construction, industrial, professional services, hospitality, and other sectors.
We take a messaging-first approach to marketing. Before producing anything, we work to understand the customer, the market, the message, and what actually needs to be communicated.
We are growing, and we are looking for someone who can help turn that strategy into strong creative execution.
The Role
We are looking for a versatile Creative Marketing Producer who can take ownership of photography, videography, social media content, and broader creative production across a growing portfolio of clients.
This is not an entry-level marketing coordinator position.
The right person will be comfortable receiving strategic direction, developing the creative approach, and carrying work through from concept to finished deliverable without needing every step prescribed.
You might spend one day filming products and interviews at an industrial client, another editing short-form video from home, and another developing a month of social content or supporting a new campaign.
You will work closely with Clickex leadership, but you will also be expected to think independently, bring ideas forward, and increasingly own creative execution.
What You’ll Do
Your work will include:
Planning and execute photography and video shoots at client locations
Developing creative concepts, shot lists, interview ideas, and visual approaches
Shooting and editing short-form and longer-form video content
Capturing professional photography for websites, campaigns, social media, and sales materials
Developing social media content across multiple client brands
Writing and refining supporting social copy and campaign content
Creating basic graphic and visual assets
Repurposing photo and video content across multiple channels and formats
Helping to manage content calendars and ongoing production schedules
Supporting campaign launches, product promotions, events, and sales initiatives
Maintaining consistency with established brand strategy and messaging
Coordinating directly with clients when required
Identifying content opportunities without waiting to be told exactly what to capture
Helping Clickex improve and expand its own marketing and content presence
Depending on experience, the role may also include supporting website content updates, analytics, campaign reporting, and other digital marketing activities.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone with strong creative judgment and the ability to execute.
You should be comfortable walking into a client environment, understanding what needs to happen, and producing quality work without requiring constant supervision.
Ideally, you bring:
Professional experience in content production, marketing, agency work, or an in-house creative role
Strong photography and videography skills
Strong video editing capabilities (eg. After Effects, DaVinci Fusion)
Experience producing content for social media
A good understanding of composition, lighting, pacing, storytelling, and visual communication
Working knowledge of graphic design and layout
Strong written communication skills
An understanding of how creative work supports broader marketing and business objectives
Confidence communicating directly with business owners, executives, sales teams, and other client stakeholders
Strong organization and time-management skills
The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Good judgment and the ability to work independently
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or DaVinci Resolve, Canva, WordPress, social scheduling platforms, or similar tools is valuable.
A strong portfolio matters more to us than having every qualification listed above.
Work Environment
Clickex currently operates without a traditional office, so this role will primarily work remotely.
However, this is not a remote-from-anywhere position.
The successful candidate must live in the Edmonton area and be available to regularly attend client sites, production shoots, meetings, and events throughout Edmonton and surrounding communities.
Reliable transportation is required.
Occasional travel outside Edmonton and occasional shoots outside standard business hours may also be required.
