The successful candidate will take ownership of the Estate's social media presence, creating compelling content, designing marketing materials and capturing photography and video across our diverse business areas, including the Country Park, Weddings, Spa, Café, Bell Tents and affiliated Foxhills Jewellers (on-site).
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media
Lead the creation and delivery of engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
Plan, create and schedule social media content, including posts, stories, reels and video content
Capture high-quality photography and videography across the Estate
Attend events and key business activities to gather content and create real-time social media coverage
Manage community engagement, responding to messages, comments and enquiries in a timely manner
Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to increase engagement and reach
Analyse social media performance and implement improvements based on data and insights
Design
Design marketing collateral across both print and digital platforms
Produce creative assets including advertisements, posters, flyers, brochures, signage, email graphics and social media content
Ensure all content and design work is consistent with brand guidelines
Work collaboratively with the wider team to develop creative campaigns and promotional materials
Marketing Support
Assist in the development and delivery of marketing strategies across multiple business areas
Support website updates and content management
Assist with digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and Meta Ads
Help identify opportunities to increase awareness, visitor numbers and revenue across the Estate
What We're Looking For
A highly creative individual with a passion for content creation, design and social media
Proven experience in a similar marketing, content creation or graphic design role
Strong portfolio demonstrating design and content creation capabilities
Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Experience creating content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
Strong photography and videography skills with an eye for detail
Experience editing video content for social media platforms
Understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting
Experience using Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively within a team
Working Hours
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, predominantly Monday to Friday.
Additional Requirements
The role requires flexibility to support the needs of the business, including:
One weekend per month.
Attendance at key Estate events to capture content and support marketing activity.
A full UK driving licence is beneficial due to the Estate's rural location and the need to travel to and from site.
Ideally, 1–2 years' experience within a marketing, content creation, social media or graphic design role; however, we would welcome applications from individuals who can demonstrate the right creativity, attitude, initiative and potential.
