We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Fashion Designer to join our team at Llama Creatives. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for developing fresh and stylish clothing, accessories, or footwear designs that align with our brand vision.

About the Role:
• Research current fashion trends, market demands, and customer preferences.
• Create original designs, sketches, and technical drawings using design software.
• Select fabrics, colors, and materials suitable for each collection.
• Collaborate with pattern makers, tailors, and manufacturers to bring designs to life.
• Oversee sample production and make necessary adjustments.
• Ensure designs meet quality requirements.
• Presentation of design concepts and collections to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on fashion industry trends, sustainability practices, and competitor analysis.
• Participation in fashion shows, trade fairs, and promotional events.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as a fashion designer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of textiles, garment construction, and fashion trends.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel DRAW).
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
• Portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a specific fashion niche (e.g., womenswear, menswear, sportswear).
• Knowledge of sustainable fashion practices.
