Key responsibilities include developing production-ready designs, interpreting designer briefs, and collaborating with the design team to translate digital designs into hand/machine embroidery.
A thorough understanding of Indian embroidery techniques and an artistic sense for textures, scale, and garment flow are essential for this role.
