Position: Creative Designer (Video Editing Priority, Graphic Design, UI/UX Optional)

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Creative Designer with a primary focus on Video Editing, complemented by Graphic Design and optional UI/UX Design. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of producing visually compelling video content and supporting graphics across digital platforms. Expertise in storytelling, branding, and user experience is essential, with video editing being the core skill required.
Key Responsibilities
1. Video Editing (Priority)
● Edit raw footage into high-quality videos for social media, ads, reels, and promotional content.
● Add transitions, subtitles, animations, background music, and perform color correction.
● Produce both short-form and long-form content tailored for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
● Use AI video tools such as CapCut, Google Veo 3, Sora, and Hailuo for advanced editing and generation.
2. Graphic Design
● Create visually appealing designs for social media posts, website graphics, ads, and marketing materials.
● Design logos, brochures, banners, packaging, flyers, and presentations.
● Maintain brand consistency and follow brand guidelines across all visuals.
3. UI/UX Design (Optional Add-On)
● Design intuitive UI screens for websites, mobile apps, and dashboards.
● Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
● Build clean, responsive layouts aligned with modern UX principles.
● Collaborate with developers for seamless design implementation.
4. General Responsibilities
● Work closely with the marketing, branding, and product teams.
● Manage multiple design and video projects with timely delivery.
● Bring creative ideas and stay updated with design, video, and AI trends.
Requirements
● Proven experience in Video Editing, Graphic Design, and optionally UI/UX Design.
● Strong portfolio showcasing video editing, design, and UI/UX (if applicable).
● Proficiency in:
Video Tools:
○ Adobe Premiere Pro
○ After Effects
○ CapCut
○ Google Veo 3
○ Sora
○ Hailuo
● Design Tools:
○ Adobe Photoshop
○ Illustrator
○ InDesign
○ Canva
● UI/UX Tools:
○ Figma
○ Adobe XD
○ Sketch
● Strong understanding of color theory, typography, motion graphics, storytelling, and layout principles.
● Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
● Ability to take feedback positively and communicate effectively.
Preferred Skills (Optional)
● Experience with motion graphics and animation.
● Knowledge of branding, marketing strategy, and content planning.
● Ability to create design systems and style guides.
● Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (bonus).
