Creative Graphic Designer (Real Estate)
Location: Thane (Candidates residing in or around Thane will be preferred)

Job Overview
We are looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer with experience in designing marketing materials for the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling, with the ability to create premium creatives that effectively market residential and commercial real estate projects.
Candidates who have previously worked with real estate developers, channel partners, real estate marketing agencies, or branding agencies handling real estate clients will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
• Design premium social media creatives for residential, commercial, and luxury real estate projects.
• Create high-converting creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital marketing campaigns.
• Design project brochures, floor plans, flyers, banners, newspaper ads, hoardings, standees, site branding, and sales presentation decks.
• Develop branding materials for new real estate projects, including project logos, brand identities, visual guidelines, and launch campaign creatives.
• Create creatives for property launches, festive campaigns, offer campaigns, channel partner events, exhibitions, and corporate branding.
• Ensure all creatives maintain premium aesthetics and align with the brand identity of each project.
• Collaborate closely with content writers, performance marketers, video editors, sales teams, and project managers to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Handle multiple real estate projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest real estate marketing trends, AI-powered creative tools, and design best practices.
Required Skills
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Working knowledge of Figma and Canva.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing premium marketing creatives for real estate projects.
• Strong knowledge of print production for brochures, hoardings, newspaper advertisements, and outdoor branding.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Real Estate Marketing, Real Estate Branding, or a Digital Marketing/Creative Agency handling real estate clients.
• A strong portfolio showcasing real estate social media creatives, brochures, project branding, advertisements, and marketing collateral is mandatory.
Preferred Candidate
• Candidates with prior experience working for real estate developers, channel partners, or agencies specializing in real estate marketing will be given first preference.
• Candidates residing in Thane or nearby locations will be preferred.
• Experience in branding premium residential or commercial projects will be an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
