Job Type:
Full-Time: Full time positions
Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
What You’ll Be Doing:
Design Eye-Catching Content: Craft scroll-stopping social media posts, banners, and visuals that grab attention and don’t let go.
Collaborate Like a Pro: Work closely with the social media team to bring campaigns to life and sprinkle some magic onto our feeds.
Brainstorm & Conceptualize: Be part of the creative think-tank to generate innovative ideas that align with brand objectives.
Adapt & Optimize: Design with flexibility in mind, adjusting creatives based on performance and platform needs.
Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with the latest design trends, ensuring our visuals are always fresh and on point.
What We’re Looking For:
A graduate in any field. No specific background required, but attention to detail is a must.
Proficiency in Canva: Must be skilled in creating designs using Canva.
Experience with Design Tools: Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or other graphic design software is a plus.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work, especially in social media.
Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas for designs.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for aesthetics and a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect designs.
Understanding of Social Media Platforms: Knowledge of best practices for creating engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with team members in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Time Management: Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Positive Attitude: A willingness to learn and adapt, along with a passion for design.
