Overview:
We are looking for a Junior Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for creative individuals who have a passion for visual storytelling and are eager to grow in the design field. The role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop compelling design assets that align with our brand’s voice.
Key Responsibilities:
● Collaborate Across Teams: Work with marketing, content, and product teams to create visually engaging assets for digital and print media, including social media posts, website banners, infographics, brochures, and more.
● Creative Campaigns: Assist in the ideation, design, and execution of creative campaigns that effectively communicate the brand’s message.
● Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent design quality across all marketing materials and brand assets.
● Innovation & Brainstorming: Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas to enhance the brand’s visual communication.
● Industry Trends & Skills Development: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continually bring fresh and exciting ideas.
● Project Management: Handle multiple design projects, prioritize tasks, and
deliver high-quality work within deadlines, with a keen attention to detail.
● Support & Feedback: Collaborate with senior designers, take constructive feedback, and strive for continuous improvement in design quality.
Requirement & Qualifications:
● A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
● 0-2 years of experience in graphic design or a creative role.
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
● A strong portfolio showcasing creative design work, including digital and print media.
● Understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual composition.
● Strong attention to detail and a passion for design aesthetics.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
