Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Creative Designer who can manage graphic design, branding creatives, video editing and motion graphics for our companys branding and digital communication requirements. The candidate should be strong in Adobe Creative Suite and should be able to create high-quality posters, social media creatives, recruitment campaign designs, corporate videos, animated videos and short-form video content.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects. Knowledge of AI-based creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Runway, Pika, CapCut or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design posters, social media creatives, banners and branding collaterals.
• Create recruitment marketing creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms.
• Edit corporate videos, short videos, reels and employee engagement videos.
• Create animated videos using motion graphics and text animation.
• Develop brand-consistent creatives for internal and external communication.
• Work with content and business teams to convert ideas into visual content.
• Use AI tools to improve creative output, speed and visual quality.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs and videos.
• Support company presentations, brochures, event creatives and digital campaigns.
Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Good understanding of layout, typography, color and branding.
• Ability to create motion graphics and animated videos.
• Experience in social media creatives and digital campaigns.
• Knowledge of AI design/video tools will be preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple creative requirements with deadlines.
• Good sense of modern design, corporate branding and visual storytelling.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• 3 to 6 years of experience in graphic design, video editing and motion graphics.
• Experience in corporate branding, recruitment marketing, digital marketing agency or social media content creation.
• Strong portfolio of posters, videos and animated creatives.
• Self-driven, creative and deadline-focused.
