Fihi Nutrition is a growing wellness startup focused on creating clean, effective, and science-backed functional nutrition products. We manufacture and market our own products while building a contemporary wellness brand through educational content, storytelling, and community engagement.
We're looking for a creative and resourceful individual who wants hands-on startup experience and is excited to help build a consumer brand from the ground up.
Role Overview
This is a project-based creative role focused on graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and content creation.
We are looking for someone who can execute quickly, take initiative, and contribute creative ideas that help improve brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys learning, experimenting with new creative tools, and working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Design social media graphics and carousel posts
- Create Amazon listing images, infographics, and A+ Content
- Design Shopify website banners and promotional graphics
- Create email marketing visuals
- Support packaging artwork design, product launch, and marketing projects as needed
Video Editing & Motion Graphics
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
- Create engaging motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects
- Add hooks, transitions, and storytelling elements to improve engagement
- Repurpose content into multiple creative variations
- Support editing of long-form YouTube content when required
Content & Creative Support
- Research social media trends and competitor content
- Create educational wellness and nutrition graphics
- Develop new content concepts and campaign ideas
- Support product launches and seasonal promotions
- Assist with building a growing content library for the brand
AI & Creative Innovation
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Runway, Kling, Veo, Adobe Firefly, and similar platforms
- Explore new workflows that improve content quality and production speed
- Blend AI-generated assets with original creative work
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve creative processes
Startup Growth Contributions
- Propose and implement at least 5 current creative marketing ideas each month
- Participate in weekly creative review meetings
- Take ownership of assigned projects and deadlines
- Support special projects and product launches when needed
- Contribute ideas to improve content performance, engagement, and brand awareness
Monthly Deliverables
The following deliverables are expected each month:
- 20 edited short-form videos
- 16 social media graphics or carousel posts
- 3 motion graphics or animation projects
- 5 creative growth ideas or content concepts
- Participation in weekly creative review meetings
- Timely completion of assigned design and editing projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar creative tools
- Basic motion graphics and animation experience
- Familiarity with AI creative tools and workflows
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and/or video editing work
- Experience creating content for social media platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
