Bachelor's degree in the Human Services field required
Requires at least two years' experience working with children
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Must pass pre-employment background checks, drug screen, reference checks and fingerprinting
Responsibilities
Makes regular home visits and reviews foster parent logs on foster children
Assists in the process of recruiting and licensing new foster families
Assists foster parents in accessing resources throughout the community to meet foster child needs
Prepares monthly reports that document current behavior on each child in assigned homes
Facilitates support meetings and other activities for foster families regularly
