Coverage Junior Staff Position Overview Junior Staff
• Support RMs and AMs in client daily transactions, query resolution, account opening/KYC/inward and outward FCY remittance/Trade documentation (Export and Import) , Credit documentation and follow ups, Demat , Netbanking , Clearing and Excess approvals, Investment form preparation and processing (Mutual fund, NDPMS, PMS, Alternates etc) , client birthday tracking and gifting , overseeing office boys (daily schedules, filing ) etc.
Regular interaction with PCC and other stakeholders
• Client facing role Key requirements
• Fluent in written and spoken english confident and well spoken .
Ability to interact with High networth individuals and their offices - atleast 4 years prior experience in the banking industry with atleast 2 years experience in client interaction related work . - basic knowledge of MS word, excel Hiring across locations like Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad and Bangalore.
