We are seeking an experienced Court Reporting Scheduler to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have established relationships with court reporters throughout New York, Virginia, and Washington, DC, along with extensive industry knowledge and an exceptional sense of urgency when handling client requests and scheduling assignments.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing national litigation support company committed to providing exceptional service to law firms and corporate legal departments.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule court reporters, videographers, interpreters, and other litigation support services throughout New York, Virginia, and Washington, DC.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing court reporters, videographers, and industry professionals.
Recruit and expand our network of highly qualified court reporters across the East Coast.
Source and secure coverage for depositions, hearings, arbitrations, trials, and other legal proceedings.
Communicate professionally and promptly with clients, attorneys, reporters, and vendors.
Manage scheduling changes, cancellations, and last-minute requests with efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure all assignments are confirmed, documented, and communicated accurately.
Work closely with operations and sales teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.
Help develop and strengthen our East Coast reporter network through ongoing relationship building.
Qualifications
Prior experience in court reporting scheduling, legal support services, or a related litigation support role.
Established relationships with court reporters and legal professionals throughout New York, Virginia, and Washington, DC.
Strong understanding of court reporting, videography, legal videography, interpreting, and deposition procedures.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Exceptional customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
A strong sense of urgency with the ability to respond quickly to client requests and scheduling challenges.
Proficiency with scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and web-based platforms.

Compensation
