Job Description
Gather high level business requirements/information, perform analysis and define technology requirements, business rules and be able to design a solution based on completed analysis & support the development of technical solutions/changes to meet them.
Demonstrate strong knowledge about the platform and its integrations to provide guidance to team members on technology/domain/application queries
Actively assess system enhancements and deploy them in accordance with the latest platform product release
Identify process improvements and implement change with clear outcomes of improvement and standardisation
Undertake diagnostic work to understand specific technical issues or problems in greater depth and reveal possible solutions.
Demonstrate capability around issue resolutions across the platform and a strong network with the suppliers (Coupa & others), Middleware teams, Testing, ERP teams etc., to enable an efficient way of managing the platform
