We are looking for a result-driven counter sales Girl to be responsible for the sales process from inception to the execution of the order. Your responsibilities include taking orders, answering questions relating to the order, receiving payment and executing the order. You should provide quick and efficient service, ensure maximum customer satisfaction, and resolve all queries professionally.
To be successful as a counter sales girl, you should provide excellent customer service, consistently maintain the image and vision of the organization, and achieve the sales goals of the company. An outstanding counter salesperson should display a positive attitude focusing on customer satisfaction, maintain an orderly appearance, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Job description:
Educate or suggest clients on skin care procedures and cosmetics products.
Provide accurate product and merchandise information to customers.
Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner with Enthusiastic approach.
Provided every customer with professional and polite support for sales and service needs.
Maintain current store, product and promotional knowledge to drive consistent sales.
Prepare and sold broad range of customized merchandise to individuals and commercial accounts.
Key skills required:
Excellent communications skills (English)
Knowledge of Makeup, Cosmetics, Skincare Products
Diploma in Cosmetology/ CIDESCO Certified / Makeup Course
Ability to listen and active problem solving skills
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to handle pressure
