Position: Jewelry Sales Executive•
Location: Mumbai- Andheri and Thane
About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Jewelry Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, showcasing our jewelry collections, and driving sales. You will assist customers in selecting the perfect pieces, offer expert advice, counter sales and ensure a memorable shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Showcase and explain the features and benefits of jewelry pieces.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Manage inventory and ensure the display is visually appealing.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in jewelry sales or retail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for jewelry and customer service.
- Ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of gemstones and jewelry trends is a plus.
