Job Description
A Leading Jewellery Company requires Counter Sales Girls for Vileparle, Mumbai location
Responsible for all point of sales activities in the showroomHelping identify their needs and selling them merchandise.Perform a number of tasks such as presenting jewelry, conducting sales, running credit cards, and inspecting jewelry.
1. Welcome customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.
2. Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters; and advising them while providing information about the products.
3. Helps customers make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
4. Document sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
5. Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards.
6. Responsible for all point of sales activities in the showroom
7. Participating actively in sales promotion programs- ideas, implementation, and monitoring.
8. Establishing relations with customers through high standards of customer service
+. Keep clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest with a personalized approach.
10. Updating and refreshing own selling skills, competitor activities, etc.
11. Maintaining visual merchandising as per norms.
12. Personal grooming of the highest standards.
13. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Experience: HSC Exp / Graduate Fresher or min 3 years experience.
