Candere's story began in 2013 when our founder Rupesh Jain, stepped in to compete with conventional jewellery shopping and created Candere, an online website that presented jewellery of uncompromising quality and craftsmanship. It was launched with the mindset of enabling the widespread and convenient purchase of gold, diamond, gemstone and platinum jewellery.
Job Description:
1. Attending the walk-in customers.
2. Ensuring the proper display of stock on the counter
3. Understanding the customer requirements and guiding them
4. Responsible to achieve sales targets by product sales, up-selling and cross-selling of products
5. Tallying the stock
6. Customer Satisfaction through Effective Sales technique
7. Maintain good relations with the customers and the team.
Qualifications:
• Interest in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Experienced with the Jewellery industry
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
