JOB DESCRIPTION FOR COST ACCOUNTANT- MIS
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Analyzing the company's financial systems and procedures
2. Ability to create cost sheets for all manufacturing operations.
3. Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
4. Preparing various costing and budgeting MIS, plant/machinery/ production/sales related MIS
5. System standardization, put in place common practices and cleansing data on regular basis
6. Devising, Implementing and Monitoring various cost reduction initiatives. Real time reports for product inventory and costing
7. Review of plant cost sheets and add value to business by monitoring key KPI / Cost
8. Analyzing of Sales Cost, Margins & Discount analysis
+. Responsible for Inventory Management - Valuation / Reports / Co-Ordination, Establish Inventory Controls at Factory – along with Budget vs Actuals
10. Preparing variance reports pertaining to accounts and physical inventory with reasoning for variance
11. Working knowledge of income Tax, Indirect Tax
12. Liaising with clients, business partners, auditors and vendors
13. Ensuring complete compliance with the state authorities
14. Investigating and rectifying any financial discrepancies
Skills: Accounting, Corporate Finance, Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Reporting Research Results, Confidentiality, Time Management, Data Entry Management, General Math Skills, Excellent with advance excel (MS), Inventory Control / Design in Tally
Qualification: CA Inter / ICWA Inter
Experience: 3-4 yrs. in Engineering Industry
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Time: 0+.00 am to 05.30 pm
Candidate should have excellent communications & well versed in English.
Preferably Male, candidate staying in nearby locality would be given first preference.

Salary: ₹14,22+.65 - ₹67,730.1+ per month
