About the role

Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to provide high level, confidential and professional administration and correspondence advice, assistance and support to the Office of the Chief Finance and Corporate Officer (CFCO). This role is responsible for the receipt, distribution, collation and management of correspondence for the Chief Finance and Corporate Officer.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

Manage correspondence to ensure all correspondence is received, actioned and responded to in line with deadlines and complies with Queensland Health policy.
Provide high level advice and administration support using information systems on a range of administrative, records management and correspondence policies and processes.
Undertake diary and email management, including associated bookings of meeting facilities, equipment and catering.
Maintain effective time management practices by prioritising workflow to ensure timeframes are met.
