Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient information, including medical histories, treatments, and outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards of practice
Requirements
- Possession of a current license as a Registered Nurse in California
- Experience working in a correctional facility or similar setting (preferable)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to adapt to changing situations and priorities
