Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud
✔ Hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and support projects
✔ In-depth knowledge of Core HR, Talent Management, Absence Management, Compensation, Performance Management, Learning, and Recruitment
✔ Experience with Oracle HCM Security, HDL, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas
✔ Good understanding of Oracle HCM integrations, reporting, and workflow configurations
✔ Prior experience in delivering corporate/classroom training sessions
✔ Ability to provide real-time business use cases and hands-on demonstrations
✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills

Pay: Up to ₹120,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
