Role Description The Corporate Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This position is responsible for welcoming visitors, managing the front desk, and ensuring a professional and friendly first point of contact for clients, partners, and team members. Day-to-day duties include answering and directing phone calls, managing visitor logs, coordinating meeting room bookings, and handling incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
The Corporate
Receptionist will also support basic clerical tasks such as document handling, data entry, and maintaining office supplies, while collaborating with administrative and HR teams on scheduling and event coordination. The role requires consistent adherence to company policies, maintaining a neat and organized reception area, and representing Ace Web Experts with a courteous and service-oriented approach.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills, including handling front desk operations, managing appointments, and maintaining records.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with visitors, clients, and internal team members.
Candidates should possess polished Phone Etiquette skills for managing multi-line phone systems, routing calls, and providing clear information.
Relevant experience in a corporate or office reception role is preferred, with familiarity in using office software (e.g., email, calendars, spreadsheets).
Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate reliability, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and demeanor, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
High school diploma required; a diploma or degree in administration, business, or a related field is an advantage.
